Sujan Limbu began climbing at the age of seven. He has participated in many national and international climbing championship. He is also the five times Junior National Champion.
In June 2012, he participated in the Asian Youth Championship in Iran. Sujan stood sixth among 250 climbers from across Asia. This is by far the best standing an Indian Climber has able to muster thus far in the Asian Youth Championship.
